Screen printing low temperature foil stamping procedure:
① Use a screen printing machine to print UV/LED glue on the substrate,
② The UV glue surface layer on the substrate is dried by the UV/LED curing device, and the cured UV glue forms a UV glue graphic layer on the substrate;
③ Adjust the silicone pressure roller of the stamping machine to the stamping temperature of 80-100°C, and apply pressure to the substrate. Closely adhere the metal layer of foil to the screen-printed UV glue graphic layer. Immediately peel off the outermost base film of the aluminum foil after forming.
Screen printing low-temperature stamping combines the advantages of hot stamping and cold stamping.
① Compared with hot stamping, it does not require expensive stamping etched dies and has high flexibility of use.
② Compared with cold stamping, low temperature stamping products are more durable.
③ Simple process and convenient operation: not only suitable for fine graphics and text lines, but also can be applied to large areas; low temperature stamping speed is fast and lamination time is short.
④ Good adhesion: The cured UV glue has good hardness and stable molecular structure, which can effectively reduce cracking, wrinkles, scratches, bubbles and other problems.
⑤ Economical, practical and low cost: the transfer stamping temperature is low and energy is saved.
⑥ Application diversity: It can be printed on a variety of substrates, such as copper paper, white cardboard, metal sheets and plastics, etc., and can display extremely rich metallic shiny effects. And a stronger concave and convex texture; when this process is combined with the color graphics and text process, it can also produce a very rich three-dimensional image effect.
⑦ Printing products include tobacco packaging boxes, alcohol packaging boxes, bottle stickers, labels, metal packaging boxes etc.
