UVCX series ink is a general-purpose UV ink developed for the situation where the surface coatings of thermos cups and hardware and small household appliances are diverse and ordinary UV inks are difficult to use. UVCX series ink has wide versatility, high gloss, strong 3D effect, high wear resistance, and high Anti-corrosion, environmental protection and energy saving. UVCX series ink is suitable for painted surfaces of thermos cups, stainless steel surfaces, electric kettles, rice cookers, metal nameplate etc.
UVC-D series ink is a general-purpose UV ink developed for the situation where the surface coatings of thermos cups and hardware and small household appliances are diverse and ordinary UV inks are difficult to use. UVC-D series ink has wide versatility, excellent printing adaptability, high gloss, strong 3D effect, high wear resistance, and high Anti-corrosion, environmental protection and energy saving. UVC-D series ink is suitable for printing decoration and various metal products such as painted surfaces of thermos cups, stainless steel surfaces, electric kettles, rice cookers, metal nameplate etc. UVC-D series inks are somewhat similar to UVCX series, but UVC-D has better printing performance than UVCX on certain paint surfaces.
UVP series inks are UV curing screen printing inks specially designed for printing pre-treated PP, PE, PVC, BOPP films and sheets, as well as parts made of PET and PC materials using the IML/IMD process. UVP series inks have the advantages of wide versatility, reliable chemical resistance, clear and sharp printing effects, strong flexibility and stretchability, high gloss, bright colors, fast curing speed, high-speed printing, and low energy consumption. Suitable for fully automatic or semi-automatic screen printing machines, high-speed roll-to-roll printing and multi-color overprinting. UVP series inks can be used to print shampoo bottles, packaging, labels, IMD/IML parts and other products.
UVLT series LED/UV curable screen-printing Cold Foil Adhesive is specially developed for the packaging industry, suitable for non-direct food contact packaging applications as well as label printing. Compared with the traditional hot stamping process, the low-temperature cold foiling process does not require a stamping etched die and can effectively improve the foiling speed and quality. UVLT series foil stamping glue can achieve high-speed printing and has the characteristics of fast curing speed, strong initial adhesion, good flexibility, excellent scratch resistance, low odor, energy saving and environmental protection.
