Different series of Meiji inks have excellent adhesion and printing effects on metal materials, surface-treated metal surfaces, and coated surfaces.
Engineered for 360-degree cylindrical digital printing on vacuum flasks, titanium cups, and powder-coated steel. Tested to withstand up to 25 industrial dishwasher cycles. "Dishwasher safe digital printing ink for powder coated stainless steel tumblers" or "360 rotary printing ink anti-misting Epson printheads." The BWB series is tailor-made for seamless multi-pass rotary printing equipment. Optimized rheology prevents ink misting during fast, synchronized rotational jetting on 3D curves. Compatible Substrates & Applications: Substrates: Powder-coated metals, spray-painted/baked stainless steel, titanium alloys, hard plastics. Applications: Insulated tumblers, sport water bottles, cosmetic aluminum canisters, and industrial cylindrical bodies.
UVCX series ink is a general-purpose UV ink developed for the situation where the surface coatings of thermos cups and hardware and small household appliances are diverse and ordinary UV inks are difficult to use. UVCX series ink has wide versatility, high gloss, strong 3D effect, high wear resistance, and high Anti-corrosion, environmental protection and energy saving. UVCX series ink is suitable for painted surfaces of thermos cups, stainless steel surfaces, electric kettles, rice cookers, metal nameplate etc.
UVC-D series ink is a general-purpose UV ink developed for the situation where the surface coatings of thermos cups and hardware and small household appliances are diverse and ordinary UV inks are difficult to use. UVC-D series ink has wide versatility, excellent printing adaptability, high gloss, strong 3D effect, high wear resistance, and high Anti-corrosion, environmental protection and energy saving. UVC-D series ink is suitable for printing decoration and various metal products such as painted surfaces of thermos cups, stainless steel surfaces, electric kettles, rice cookers, metal nameplate etc. UVC-D series inks are somewhat similar to UVCX series, but UVC-D has better printing performance than UVCX on certain paint surfaces.
UVD-T series inks are UV LED curing screen printing inks exclusively designed for water transfer decals on carbon fiber, metal frames and helmets etc. The ink has the advantages of fast curing speed, low energy consumption, high gloss, bright color, good flexibility and stretchability, etc. It can achieve high-speed printing and multi-color overprinting. This product is particularly suitable for printing low-temperature baking reprint patterns. UVD-T ink series include primer, varnishes, color shades and auxiliaries.
