Cold Foil Adhesive for UV/LED Screen Printing
UVLT cold foil adhesive is a UV/LED-curable screen-printing adhesive for cold foil transfer on paper, cardboard, OPP and plastic films. Fast curing, strong adhesion, flexibility and scratch resistance.
Introduction
UVLT Series is a UV/LED-curable cold foil adhesive developed for screen printing applications in labels, packaging and decorative printing.
Unlike traditional hot foil stamping, cold foil printing transfers metallic foil without a heated stamping die. The adhesive is printed onto the selected areas of the substrate, the cold foil is laminated onto the adhesive layer, and UV/LED curing fixes the foil to the printed areas.
UVLT cold foil adhesive is designed for fast curing, strong initial adhesion, good flexibility and scratch resistance, making it suitable for paper, cardboard, OPP matte film and plastic films.
For packaging applications, UVLT is intended for non-direct food contact packaging.
