UVC-D: Multipurpose Metallic Ink
UVC-D series ink is a general-purpose UV ink developed for the situation where the surface coatings of thermos cups and hardware and small household appliances are diverse and ordinary UV inks are difficult to use. UVC-D series ink has wide versatility, excellent printing adaptability, high gloss, strong 3D effect, high wear resistance, and high Anti-corrosion, environmental protection and energy saving. UVC-D series ink is suitable for printing decoration and various metal products such as painted surfaces of thermos cups, stainless steel surfaces, electric kettles, rice cookers, metal nameplate etc. UVC-D series inks are somewhat similar to UVCX series, but UVC-D has better printing performance than UVCX on certain paint surfaces.
Introduction
1.Support Substrates
· Various coating surfaces such as polyester paint, acrylic acid paint, PU paint, UV paint, etc.
· Metal materials such as copper, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, mirror stainless steel, etc.
· Surface-treated metals such as anodized porous aluminum plates, phosphated iron plates, galvanized iron sheets, etc.
2.Application

3.UV curing parameter
· Mercury lamp curing: 120w/cm
· Curing energy density： 1000 mj/cm²
· Curing speed depends on the time and intensity of UV light exposure.

5.Auxiliaries
UVC-D series inks are press-ready. For special processing or application conditions, the following auxiliaries are available:
· Thinner UV-91 (5-10%)
· Hardener UV-6 (10%)
