UV Curing Ink
UVA-X series inks have the characteristics of fast curing speed, wide versatility, high gloss, strong three-dimensional effect, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, and high hardness. UVA -X series inks have extremely strong adhesion to plastic materials such as ABS, PC, HIPS, and PS. It is suitable for areas with high wear resistance requirements such as keyboards, mice, computers, and electronic product surfaces.
UVB series UV glass ink has excellent adhesion to various types of glass and has good resistance to water, solvents and grease. UVB series glass ink has the characteristics of non-blocking and fast UV curing speed. It is especially suitable for printing some fine graphics and texts, with full, clear and sharp printing effects, and can also have high coverage rate. Its use can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce the occupation of production space, and save energy significantly. UVC-D series ink is suitable for printing decoration and various metal products such as painted surfaces of thermos cups, stainless steel surfaces, electric kettles, rice cookers, metal nameplate etc. UVC-D series inks are somewhat similar to UVCX series, but UVC-D has better printing performance than UVCX on certain paint surfaces.
