UVEX: Pad Printing / Plastic Substrate
UVEX series inks is a UV curing pad printing ink specially designed for printing plastic materials such as ABS, PET, HIPS, PC, and UV paint surfaces. UVEX series inks has the advantages of wide versatility, high gloss, strong 3D effect, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, environmental protection and energy saving.

· 3C products such as keyboards, mice, computers, PSPs, mobile phones etc.

3.UV Curing Parameter
· Mercury lamp curing: 120w/cm
· Focal distance：less 15cm
· Curing energy density：600 mj/cm²
· Curing speed depends on the time and intensity of UV light exposure.
4.Thinner
UVEX series inks are press-ready. For special processing or application conditions, the following auxiliaries are available:
Quick drying thinner UV-81（5-10%），
Thinner UV-91
5.Hardener
When there are high requirements, it is recommended to add 10% T-2 curing agent and bake at 80 ℃ for 30 minutes before passing through the UV oven.
