For printing on different plastic substrates such as packaging bottles, decorative decals, plastic labels, and surfaces of home appliances, Meiji Ink has multiple series of inks, all of which can provide excellent printing effects and adaptability to use under different conditions.
UVA-X series inks have the characteristics of fast curing speed, wide versatility, high gloss, strong three-dimensional effect, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, and high hardness. UVA -X series inks have extremely strong adhesion to plastic materials such as ABS, PC, HIPS, and PS. It is suitable for areas with high wear resistance requirements such as keyboards, mice, computers, and electronic product surfaces.
UVP series inks are UV curing screen printing inks specially designed for printing pre-treated PP, PE, PVC, BOPP films and sheets, as well as parts made of PET and PC materials using the IML/IMD process. UVP series inks have the advantages of wide versatility, reliable chemical resistance, clear and sharp printing effects, strong flexibility and stretchability, high gloss, bright colors, fast curing speed, high-speed printing, and low energy consumption. Suitable for fully automatic or semi-automatic screen printing machines, high-speed roll-to-roll printing and multi-color overprinting. UVP series inks can be used to print shampoo bottles, packaging, labels, IMD/IML parts and other products.
UVLT series LED/UV curable screen-printing Cold Foil Adhesive is specially developed for the packaging industry, suitable for non-direct food contact packaging applications as well as label printing. Compared with the traditional hot stamping process, the low-temperature cold foiling process does not require a stamping etched die and can effectively improve the foiling speed and quality. UVLT series foil stamping glue can achieve high-speed printing and has the characteristics of fast curing speed, strong initial adhesion, good flexibility, excellent scratch resistance, low odor, energy saving and environmental protection.
UVD-T series inks are UV LED curing screen printing inks exclusively designed for water transfer decals on carbon fiber, metal frames and helmets etc. The ink has the advantages of fast curing speed, low energy consumption, high gloss, bright color, good flexibility and stretchability, etc. It can achieve high-speed printing and multi-color overprinting. This product is particularly suitable for printing low-temperature baking reprint patterns. UVD-T ink series include primer, varnishes, color shades and auxiliaries.
