Jiangxi Meiji New Material Technology Co., Ltd. will participate in the China International Exhibition on Label Printing Technology 2024 (SINO LABEL 2024）from March 4-6, 2024. This exhibition is a combination of four exhibitions:[ SINO LABEL], [Printing South China], [Sino-Pack] and [Pack-Inno]. It has developed into an international exhibition that comprehensively covers the four major categories of printing, packaging, labeling, and packaging products.
Screen printing low temperature foil stamping
Compared with the traditional hot stamping process, the screen-printing low-temperature foiling process does not require a stamping etched die and can effectively improve the foiling speed and quality. Low-temperature stamping UV/LED glue can achieve high-speed printing and has the characteristics of fast curing speed, strong initial adhesion, good flexibility, excellent scratch resistance, low odor, energy saving and environmental protection.
Advantages of UV ink in label printing
The types of inks traditionally used to print labels are water-based, solvent-based or UV-based. The cost of UV inks is on average 2-2.5 times higher than the price of traditional inks (solvent-based), but the price is significantly compensated by its lower consumption (savings of up to 50%) and ease of use when printing labels.
